Doyle Brunson beats cancer, again!

He is a true legend of poker - winning two world championships and 10 WSOP titles over his long career - this is Doyle Brunson. The 82 year old Brunson cannot lose, and this time he came out on top against his biggest opponent once again, cancer. The American veteran pro was diagnosed right before the birth of his daughter in 1962 and dcotors at the time said he would maybe get a chance to see his daughter with an immediate surgical procedure. However, the world champion decided to beat the odds like he does at the tables, and the cancer first went into remission, then completely disappeared from his system. Unfortunately, he once again had to face his greatest opponent when a melanoma was diagnosed and treatments began. To everyone's elation, the ten-time title holder announced yesterday that he has won another great battle and the treatments have been successful, and we can say with relief that the legend can represent the perfect ideal of the game of poker with his winning personality for years, no, decades to come!
